About the Role: Post Office Assistant

Responsibilities

Working at a community post office means wearing several hats at once. As a Post Office Assistant, you’ll be responsible for both front-counter customer interactions and back-of-house mail sorting tasks, making each shift varied and engaging.

  • Sell postal products and services to members of the public and the local business community
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail into appropriate classifications efficiently
  • Provide customers with accurate information, guidance, and required forms

Requirements / Skills
