About the Role: Package Handler

This is a physical, hands-on warehouse position that involves loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, sorting shipments by postal code, and making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. As part of a unionized team, you’ll be trained on proper package handling methods to ensure both safety and efficiency. No previous warehouse experience is required — UPS provides paid training to get you up to speed from day one.

Benefits and Salary

This role starts at $18.00 per hour, with automatic pay progression under the Union Collective Agreement — reaching up to $30.11/hr after 48 months. Benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester, paid training, weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday, personal paid days off, and paid vacation starting at 2 weeks after your first year. After one year of service, you’ll also gain access to extended health care benefits covering vision, dental, life insurance, and health coverage.
