Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of administrative operations, supporting logistics documentation, internal reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The work is varied and detail-intensive — no two days are exactly alike, and your ability to stay organized under pressure will make a real difference to the team.
- Examine commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and shipping documents for completeness and accuracy
- Research and correct errors resulting from incorrect pre-advise information
- Compile and save shipping documents (paper or electronic) in compliance with government regulations
- Prepare complex reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform analysis using various software packages and databases, including MS Access
- Provide advanced office support including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, and answering phones
- Coordinate meetings, distribute mail, and manage conference room reservations
- Prepare and coordinate information for internal and external contacts
- Handle confidential materials with discretion on a regular basis
Requirements / Skills
