Responsibilities
Day to day, this role is centred on keeping freight moving accurately and safely through the facility. Whether you’re scanning incoming shipments or sorting outbound packages, every task you complete contributes directly to FedEx’s commitment to on-time delivery.
- Load and unload freight as it arrives at and departs from the facility
- Sort packages efficiently within the facility to support timely dispatch
- Complete all required training programs and maintain any necessary annual accreditations
- Operate in a PC Windows environment as needed for processing and documentation
- Work varying shifts as required based on business demands
Requirements / Skills
This role suits someone who is physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured warehouse environment. FedEx values candidates who can follow procedures carefully and complete mandatory training to the required standard.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment

- Bilingualism in French and English is required for candidates residing in the province of Quebec
