About the Role: Package Handler / Non-Driver

At the core of this role is the movement of freight through the facility. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading packages, as well as scanning and sorting freight to ensure shipments are routed accurately and efficiently. • Load and unload freight at the facility as part of daily operations

• Operate within a Windows PC environment as needed during shifts
• Follow safety protocols and FedEx Canada operations procedures, including compliance with Canadian Customs regulations
• Adapt to varying shifts based on business needs as required

Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Physical capability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training requirements
• Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset (preferred)
• Bilingualism (French and English) required for candidates residing in Quebec
