Overnight Associate – Walmart – Waterloo, ON

Walmart Canada’s Waterloo location on Farmers Market Road is looking for an Overnight Associate to join their in-store team. This is a temporary (fixed-term) position that plays a key role in keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready for customers first thing in the morning. About the Role: Overnight Associate

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Waterloo, your primary focus is on the flow of merchandise from the receiving dock through to the sales floor. This involves unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing incoming stock, and ensuring the shelves are properly stocked and labelled before store opening. A key distinction of the overnight role is the stronger emphasis on backroom binning, labelling, and merchandise placement compared to day and evening fulfilment shifts.

You’ll work as part of a coordinated overnight team, strategically planning and executing duties based on workload and operational needs. Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace is a core expectation of this role — including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring that displays and fixtures are properly secured throughout your shift.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour. • Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Set, merchandise, and sign features throughout the store
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
