About the Role: Overnight Associate

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Thompson, your primary focus is on the flow of merchandise from receiving all the way through to the sales floor. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets, processing merchandise, and stocking shelves — all while working as part of a coordinated overnight team to get the store floor-ready before opening. A key aspect of this overnight role compared to day or evening shifts is the stronger emphasis on labelling merchandise and organizing backroom bins.

Beyond the physical tasks, you’ll also contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all company policies and procedures. This includes completing safety sweep logs and ensuring all displays and fixtures are properly secured. If a customer does come in during your shift, you’re expected to provide friendly assistance when needed.

Benefits and Salary
