Overnight Associate – Walmart – Thetford-Mines, QC

Walmart’s store in Thetford-Mines, Quebec is looking for an Overnight Associate to join their in-store team. About the Role: Overnight Associate

As an Overnight Associate, your primary focus is on merchandise flow — from the receiving dock to the sales floor. You’ll unload trailers, pull pallets, process merchandise, and ensure products are properly labelled and placed in the backroom bins or stocked directly on shelves. Compared to day and evening shifts, the overnight role places a stronger emphasis on labelling and backroom organization, in addition to general stocking duties.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is a core part of the job. You’ll follow Walmart’s company policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure all displays and fixtures are secure. This role requires both independence and the ability to work as part of a coordinated overnight team to meet operational goals before store opening.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.75 per hour. • Stock shelves as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Set and merchandise features, ensuring displays are signed correctly
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing all displays and fixtures
