About the Role: Over-the-Counter Associate
As an OTC Associate at Walmart Canada, your day-to-day work centres on supporting the smooth operation of the over-the-counter health products department. You’ll assist customers directly, ensure product displays are well-maintained, and carry out key departmental tasks under the direction of the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager. Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

- Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels
- Keeping the area clean and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids (N.C.O. standards)
- Maintaining zero pricing errors through adherence to the Scanning Credibility Program
- Calibrating equipment used in the prescription filling process as required
