About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

Responsibilities

Each shift, Stock Unloader Associates are responsible for keeping the store stocked and the backroom running efficiently. From unloading trucks to preparing customer orders with accuracy, these tasks are the backbone of a smooth retail operation at Walmart Yarmouth.

  • Unload and process incoming merchandise from trailers in an accurate and timely manner
  • Move pallets and product from the receiving area to the appropriate locations on the sales floor
  • Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature zones with care and accuracy
  • Verify product selection, quantities, and product codes when packing orders and totes
  • Remove damaged or unsuitable items and select only fresh, high-quality products
  • Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
  • Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills promptly and ensuring totes are clean before use
  • Operate equipment safely and complete all required safety checks each shift
