Walmart’s Yarmouth Supercenter is looking for a Full-Time Dairy Frozen Associate to join their store team at 108 Starrs Road. This is a hands-on retail position for someone who takes pride in keeping shelves stocked, products fresh, and customers happy — all in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the Dairy and Frozen department, rotating stock, checking product quality, and making sure the section is always clean, organized, and ready for shoppers. About the Role: Full-Time Dairy Frozen Associate

As a Dairy Frozen Associate, your primary focus is keeping the department running smoothly. That means stocking and rotating merchandise, verifying sell-by and expiration dates, and ensuring products are properly priced and signed. You’ll follow cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, and sanitation procedures — all of which are critical in a refrigerated environment.

Beyond product management, this role calls for flexibility across shifts — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights — including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work alongside a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and your reliability directly supports the store’s ability to serve the community consistently. Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.90 per hour. Responsibilities

Working in the Dairy and Frozen department involves a mix of physical tasks and attention to detail. You’ll be expected to keep the department consistently customer-ready while upholding food safety and merchandising standards throughout every shift.

• Maintain the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned at all times
• Rotate merchandise regularly and check for expired or out-of-date products to uphold freshness and quality standards
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage by following established procedures for markups, markdowns, labeling, and flagging
• Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper product handling, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution
• Keep the work area safe and clean by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support consistent store operations
• Manage high-volume restocking accurately and on time, including during overnight hours when applicable

Requirements / Skills

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift items up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail when completing repetitive tasks like stocking, zoning, and organizing product
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude when working with customers and teammates
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload efficiently, including high volumes of restocking and recovery tasks
