DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This is an afternoon shift position running Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a four-day workweek schedule. You’ll be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently while working in a structured, fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

The Order Filler Picker is responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Working from pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, verify order accuracy, and prepare shipments for transport. The role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to keeping the work area clean and organized.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to support physical inventory counts, transport completed orders using non-powered material handling equipment, and uphold workplace safety standards throughout every shift. Whether you’re new to warehouse work or have some experience under your belt, this position offers a solid footing in the logistics industry.

Benefits and Salary

This role pays $21.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential for afternoon shifts. Responsibilities

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your day-to-day work revolves around keeping orders accurate and shipments on time. Every task you complete contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the warehouse floor.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and loaded for shipment
• Count product inventory accurately by location to maintain stock integrity
• Transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area throughout every shift
• Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or handheld computer systems

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate for this warehouse order picking role is someone who can work efficiently on their feet, handle physical demands consistently, and take direction well in a structured environment. DHL values reliability, accuracy, and a safety-first mindset in every team member.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is ideal
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Ability to work afternoon shifts (4:15 pm to 2:25 am) on a four-day weekly schedule
• Attention to detail when picking and verifying orders against pick sheets or handheld device instructions
