Responsibilities
The Delivery Supervisor oversees both the operational and people management sides of vehicle delivery. Duties span vehicle preparation logistics, team development, customer issue resolution, and store compliance.
- Lead the Delivery Vehicle Preparation Team, including Vehicle Specialists and Documentation staff

- Recruit, train, and develop management team members and employees, filling positions in a timely manner
- Provide regular feedback to all employees and ensure adherence to Tesla policies, dress code, and grooming guidelines
- Maintain facility and showroom to brand standards and control store expenses, continually working to reduce costs
Requirements / Skills
A bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience with a proven track record in a service-focused industry is required; automotive expertise is not required. Candidates must also be available for evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
