About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll work from pick sheets or a handheld computer to replenish and pick product from bins and shelves, ensuring the right items are loaded and shipped every time. The role requires focus, physical stamina, and a commitment to keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

You’ll be part of a team that takes warehouse safety and inventory accuracy seriously. Whether you’re counting stock, transporting orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment, or assisting with physical inventories, attention to detail and a reliable work ethic are essential.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential. • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock integrity
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required to support warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate for this role is someone comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment, capable of keeping pace with order fulfilment demands during an overnight afternoon shift. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Comfort working afternoon/overnight hours on a Sunday–Friday schedule
• Attention to detail when picking, counting, and verifying orders
