Working a four-day week schedule on the Day Shift (5:35am to 3:45pm), Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be guided by pick sheets or a handheld computer to retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right products are pulled, packed, and prepared for shipment every time.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area is a key part of the role. You’ll also support the broader warehouse team through inventory counts and physical inventories, and transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety are essential throughout your shift.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Replenish and retrieve product from bins or shelves using pick sheets or a handheld computer
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock management
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area throughout every shift

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for dependable candidates who can handle a physically active role with consistency and care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months specifically in a warehouse setting is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with physical tasks
• Reliability and punctuality for a set four-day weekly schedule
