Order Filler Picker – DHL Supply Chain – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This day shift position runs Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 5:35 AM to 3:45 PM — a four-day-per-week schedule that gives you a mid-week break while still logging full hours. You’ll be working on the warehouse floor, picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently as part of a broader supply chain operation.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Using pick sheets or handheld computer systems, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right product in the right quantity gets to the right place. Accuracy and efficiency are at the heart of this role.

You’ll also be expected to keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times, and contribute to a team environment where everyone works together to meet shipping deadlines and inventory targets. Adherence to safety protocols and workplace standards is essential on the warehouse floor.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

Working on the warehouse floor, the Order Filler Picker plays a direct role in getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time. Every task you perform contributes to the broader supply chain efficiency that DHL is known for globally.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Replenish product using direction from pick sheets or handheld computer systems
• Count product inventory accurately by location
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid work ethic and the physical stamina to handle the demands of an active warehouse role on a consistent basis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months specifically in a warehouse setting is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Comfort using pick sheets or handheld computer systems to fulfil orders accurately
