About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensure the correct quantities are pulled, and get orders ready for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are the cornerstones of this role.

Working within a warehouse environment, you’ll be expected to follow all safety protocols, keep your work area clean and organised, and collaborate with teammates to keep operations on track. The role also involves inventory counting and supporting physical inventory processes, so attention to detail is key throughout your shift.

This position pays $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential for afternoon hours. • Pick customer orders efficiently, verifying the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Replenish and retrieve product from bins and shelves using pick sheets or handheld computer devices
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support ongoing stock accuracy
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories to support accurate warehouse records
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times throughout your shift

Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; six months or more is a definite asset
