Working on the Day Shift (5:35am to 3:45pm) on Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. You’ll be retrieving merchandise from bins and shelves, counting product inventory, and transporting completed orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role — every order needs to have the right product in the right quantity.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour and comes with a four-day workweek schedule. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work centres on keeping customer orders moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. From retrieving products off shelves to transporting completed orders to shipping zones, every task you complete directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall flow of the operation.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Count product inventory accurately by location to maintain reliable stock records
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories to support warehouse accuracy and stock management
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
• Use pick sheets or handheld computers to locate and retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves

Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is considered an asset

• Reliability and punctuality for a set shift schedule (Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
