About the Role: Order Filler Picker
As an Order Filler Picker, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders using pick sheets or handheld computers. You’ll pull merchandise from bins and shelves, count product inventory by location, and transport completed orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and efficiency are essential — you’re one of the key links between a customer’s order and its successful delivery.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is also part of the job. You’ll assist with physical inventories and be expected to consistently follow safety protocols throughout every shift. This is a team-oriented environment where each person’s attention to detail contributes to the broader operation’s success.
Benefits and Salary
This position pays $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon schedule. Full-time associates are eligible for medical and dental coverage, standard long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Optional benefits include retirement savings plans (DCPP, RRSP, and TFSA), optional life and AD&D insurance, and critical illness coverage. Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

- Warehouse experience of at least 6 months is preferred, though those with 0–12 months of experience are encouraged to apply
