About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders using pick sheets or handheld computers. You’ll pull merchandise from bins and shelves, count product inventory by location, and transport completed orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and efficiency are essential — you’re one of the key links between a customer’s order and its successful delivery.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is also part of the job. You’ll assist with physical inventories and be expected to consistently follow safety protocols throughout every shift. This is a team-oriented environment where each person’s attention to detail contributes to the broader operation’s success.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon schedule. Full-time associates are eligible for medical and dental coverage, standard long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and ready for shipment

• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Replenish product on shelves and bins using direction from pick sheets or handheld computers
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse operations team
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area throughout every shift in compliance with DHL safety standards

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. You don’t need years of experience to apply — but a basic understanding of warehouse environments and a strong work ethic will set you apart.

• Warehouse experience of at least 6 months is preferred, though those with 0–12 months of experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift is required for this physically demanding role
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Comfort using handheld computers or pick sheets to locate and fill orders accurately
• Attention to detail when counting product and verifying order accuracy
• Reliability and punctuality — this is a four-day/week shift with set hours that the team depends on
