About the Role: Order Filler Picker
The Order Filler Picker is responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within the warehouse. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right products are packed and ready to ship. Attention to detail and a steady pace are key to success in this role.
Beyond picking orders, you’ll also assist with inventory counts, transport shipments using non-powered material handling equipment, and help keep the work area clean and organized. Workplace safety and following established procedures are central to how the team operates day to day.
Benefits and Salary
This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities
As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your day-to-day work centres on keeping orders moving accurately and on time. You’ll be working in a structured warehouse environment where precision, speed, and safety all matter equally.
- Pick customer orders efficiently using pick sheets or a handheld computer, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is selected
- Pack and prepare shipments to meet accuracy standards before they leave the facility
- Count product inventory by location to maintain accurate stock records
- Transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment
- Assist with physical inventories as required by the team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
- Replenish product from bins and shelves as directed
Requirements / Skills

- Warehouse experience: 6 months preferred, though candidates with 0–12 months experience will also be considered
- Physical fitness: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability: Must be available Thursday through Sunday for the day shift (5:35am – 3:45pm)
