About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your core responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll be pulling product from bins and shelves using pick sheets or a handheld device, ensuring every order is correctly assembled before it heads out the door. Accuracy and efficiency are the two pillars of this role.

Beyond picking, you’ll also help with inventory counts, transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment, and keep your work area clean and safe. This is hands-on, physical work that requires consistent focus and a commitment to workplace safety.

This position pays $21.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential for the afternoon schedule. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role is all about keeping orders accurate and moving on time. You’ll be working with pick sheets and handheld devices to gather the right products, transport them to shipping, and help maintain inventory integrity. Every task contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of DHL’s supply chain operations.

  • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and ready for shipment
  • Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock management
