Order Filler Picker – DHL Supply Chain – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s largest logistics companies, you’ll be stepping into a role that keeps the supply chain moving — picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your core responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll be pulling product from bins and shelves using pick sheets or a handheld device, ensuring every order is correctly assembled before it heads out the door. Accuracy and efficiency are the two pillars of this role.

Beyond picking, you’ll also help with inventory counts, transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment, and keep your work area clean and safe. This is hands-on, physical work that requires consistent focus and a commitment to workplace safety.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential for the afternoon schedule. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role is all about keeping orders accurate and moving on time. You’ll be working with pick sheets and handheld devices to gather the right products, transport them to shipping, and help maintain inventory integrity. Every task contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of DHL’s supply chain operations.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and ready for shipment
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock management
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
• Replenish or pick product based on direction from pick sheets or handheld computer systems

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. You don’t need years of experience to qualify — this role is accessible to candidates with minimal warehouse background, provided they’re ready to work hard and follow safety protocols. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is ideal
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent, ongoing basis
• Ability to work the afternoon shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (4:15pm – 2:25am)
• Attention to detail when filling orders and counting inventory
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a tidy work environment
