Working a four-day shift schedule — Wednesday through Saturday on day shifts from 5:35am to 3:45pm — this position offers a structured routine in a busy warehouse environment. You’ll be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, keeping things moving in one of the world’s most essential supply chains.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, accurate, and efficient fulfilment of customer orders. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve products from bins and shelves, verify quantities, and move orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Every order you fill contributes directly to customer satisfaction across DHL’s vast supply chain network.

Beyond picking, you’ll also play a role in physical inventory counts, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and supporting the overall flow of warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that values consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Benefits and Salary

This seasonal position pays $21.50 per hour and comes with a convenient four-day work week schedule. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely fulfilment of warehouse orders, keeping the operation running smoothly from start to finish. These responsibilities are central to maintaining DHL’s high standards for order accuracy and shipping efficiency.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Count product inventory accurately by location as part of regular and physical inventory processes
• Transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment
• Replenish product using pick sheets or handheld computers to guide stock location and movement
• Assist with physical inventories to support overall warehouse stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area in compliance with DHL’s workplace safety standards

Requirements / Skills

• Warehouse experience of at least 6 months is preferred, though not mandatory — 0 to 12 months in a warehouse setting is the target range
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Attention to detail when verifying product types and quantities against order requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Comfort using handheld devices or pick sheets to guide order fulfilment tasks
• Commitment to safety and maintaining an organized, hazard-free workspace
