About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll work from pick sheets or handheld computers to retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the correct product type and quantity is loaded and shipped every time. Accuracy and efficiency are the core of this position.

Benefits and Salary

This role pays $21.50 per hour and operates on a convenient four-day workweek schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday — Day Shift: 5:35am to 3:45pm). Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of DHL’s warehouse operations, ensuring that every customer order is picked, verified, and moved efficiently from shelf to shipment. Your attention to detail and physical reliability directly impact the accuracy and speed of the supply chain.

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld computer systems
  • Verify quantities to ensure the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
  • Count and record product inventory accurately by location

  • Assist with physical inventory counts as needed

Requirements / Skills
