About the Role: Order Filler Picker
The core purpose of this position is to ensure safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You’ll be pulling product from bins and shelves using pick sheets or handheld computers, verifying counts, and transporting completed orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment.
Working in a DHL warehouse facility, you’ll be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols. Accuracy and efficiency are key — the team relies on every picker to keep things moving smoothly and correctly, from the shelf to the shipping dock.
Benefits and Salary
This role pays $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon schedule. Responsibilities
As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your day-to-day work revolves around keeping customer orders accurate and moving efficiently through the warehouse. Each task directly impacts order quality and on-time delivery, making attention to detail essential in this role.
- Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
- Count product inventory accurately by location to maintain precise stock records
- Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
- Replenish product using pick sheets or handheld computers as directed
- Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with DHL safety standards
Requirements / Skills
DHL is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is a strong work ethic and commitment to safety and accuracy.
- Warehouse experience of 6 months or more is preferred (0–12 months accepted)
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Comfort working afternoon and overnight hours, Tuesday through Friday
- Ability to follow instructions from pick sheets or handheld scanning devices
