DHL Supply Chain is bringing on a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker at their Calgary, Alberta facility. This position centres on picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-moving logistics environment. You’ll be working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday on the afternoon shift from 4:15 PM to 2:25 AM, giving you a built-in three-day weekend every week.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your main focus is the safe, secure, and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Using pick sheets or handheld computer systems, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, count product inventory by location, and move completed orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and efficiency are key in this environment — every order counts.

Beyond the picking itself, you’ll be expected to maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area and assist with physical inventories as needed. DHL places a strong emphasis on workplace safety and operational compliance, so following procedures consistently is part of the job every single shift.

Benefits and Salary

This role pays $21.50/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential for afternoon work. Full-time associates are eligible for medical and dental coverage, standard Long-Term Disability, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability. Responsibilities

Day to day, an Order Filler Picker at DHL is responsible for keeping customer orders moving accurately and on time. Working within a structured warehouse setting, you’ll rely on both attention to detail and physical stamina to keep operations running smoothly.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Count and verify product inventory accurately by location to maintain stock integrity
• Transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Replenish product on shelves or in bins using pick sheets or handheld computer direction
• Assist with physical inventories as required during scheduled counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times in line with DHL safety standards

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for dependable candidates who can handle the physical demands of warehouse work and take pride in accuracy. You don’t need years of experience to get started here — a solid work ethic and the ability to stay organized under pressure go a long way.

• Warehouse experience of at least 6 months is preferred, though 0–12 months in a similar setting is acceptable
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Attention to detail when picking and verifying orders to ensure shipment accuracy
• Comfort with handheld computer systems or pick sheets for order fulfilment guidance
• Reliability and punctuality on a set shift schedule, including late-night hours
