This is a four-day work week position running Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday — giving you a built-in three-day weekend every week. The role centres on picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently within a fast-moving warehouse environment.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary responsibility is ensuring that customer orders are filled safely, securely, and accurately. You’ll be working from pick sheets or a handheld computer to locate and retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, then transport those orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Precision and efficiency are key in this role.

Beyond picking and packing, you’ll also support inventory counts, assist with physical inventories, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Teamwork and attention to detail are central to this position, and your contribution directly impacts how smoothly the entire operation runs.

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Full-time associates at DHL are eligible for a solid benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability, and a standard Long-Term Disability option. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work revolves around keeping orders moving accurately and on time. From the moment you pick up a pick sheet or handheld device to when an order is ready for shipment, every step matters and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and shipped
  • Count product inventory accurately by location to maintain stock integrity
  • Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
  • Replenish product using pick sheets or handheld computers as directed
  • Assist with physical inventories as required by the team
  • Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
  • Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders promptly and precisely

Requirements / Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is an asset
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift

  • Attention to detail when counting and picking products to ensure order accuracy
