About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, load orders correctly, and transport them to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Precision counts — you’ll be expected to verify product counts and types throughout the process.

This seasonal position pays $21.50/hour and comes with a structured four-day workweek. Responsibilities

Day to day, the Order Filler Picker role revolves around keeping customer orders moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. From pulling product off shelves to verifying counts and getting orders to the right shipping location, every task plays a role in keeping DHL’s supply chain on track.

  • Pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets or a handheld computer, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected
  • Count and verify product inventory by location to maintain accuracy throughout the warehouse
  • Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
  • Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with DHL’s safety standards
  • Replenish product on shelves or in bins as directed to support ongoing order fulfilment

Requirements / Skills
