About the Role: Order Filler Picker
The primary focus of this position is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, pulling product from bins and shelves using pick sheets or a handheld computer, ensuring that the right product gets to the right place every time. Accuracy and efficiency are the name of the game here.
Beyond order picking, you’ll also support inventory counts, transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment, and help keep the workspace clean and safe. Being a dependable teammate in a structured warehouse environment is central to success in this role.
Benefits and Salary
This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities
As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your day-to-day work centres on keeping warehouse operations accurate and moving. Each task you complete directly impacts the customer experience and the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
- Pick customer orders efficiently using pick sheets or a handheld computer, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected
- Fill and pack shipments accurately to meet loading and shipping requirements
- Count product inventory by location to support accurate stock tracking
- Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
- Assist with physical inventories as needed throughout the warehouse
- Replenish product from bins and shelves as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Requirements / Skills
DHL is looking for a candidate who takes pride in accuracy, can handle the physical demands of warehouse work, and brings a reliable, team-first attitude. Prior warehouse experience is an asset, but what matters most is your commitment to doing the job right.
- Warehouse experience: 0 to 12 months in a warehouse setting is preferred; 6 months of experience is an asset

- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for a structured shift schedule
