This is an afternoon shift position running Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:15 PM to 2:25 AM — a four-day-per-week schedule that gives you a long weekend every week. You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, filling customer orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things organized and safe on the floor.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll be using pick sheets or a handheld computer to locate and retrieve products from bins and shelves, then transport those orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and efficiency go hand in hand here — every order needs to go out right the first time.

Beyond picking and packing, you’ll also support physical inventory counts and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. DHL places a strong emphasis on workplace safety and operational standards, so following procedures and looking out for your teammates is a core part of the job.

This role pays $21.50 per hour. Full-time associates are eligible for a solid benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term disability, and a standard Long-Term Disability option. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping customer orders moving accurately and on time through the warehouse. Each task you carry out — from picking products to maintaining your work area — directly contributes to DHL’s ability to deliver on its commitments to clients and customers across the supply chain.

  • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
  • Replenish product using pick sheets or a handheld computer as directed
  • Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders accurately
  • Count product inventory by location with a high degree of accuracy
  • Transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
  • Assist with physical inventories as needed
  • Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work environment at all times

Requirements / Skills
