About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll work from pick sheets or a handheld computer to replenish and pick product from bins and shelves, ensuring the right items get to the right place at the right time. This is a role that keeps the supply chain moving, and your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

You’ll also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, support physical inventory counts, and transport orders using non-powered material handling equipment. Teamwork and a commitment to workplace safety are central to how DHL operates, and this role is no different.

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role centres on keeping orders flowing accurately and on time through the warehouse. You’ll be working with pick sheets and handheld technology to locate, pull, and prepare products for shipment — your precision and pace directly support DHL’s commitment to reliable order fulfilment.

  • Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and ready for shipment
  • Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock management
  • Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
  • Assist with physical inventories as required
  • Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
  • Replenish or pick product using direction from pick sheets or handheld computers
  • Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to accurately fill customer orders
