About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain in Calgary, your primary focus is ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. You’ll work from pick sheets or handheld computers to retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, load shipments, and transport orders using non-powered material handling equipment. Accuracy and attention to product counts are key parts of the job.

Maintaining a safe and organized work area is a core expectation of this role. You’ll also support physical inventory counts and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse floor. Teamwork and adherence to DHL’s safety standards are essential to success in this position.

Benefits and Salary

This full-time position pays $22.00 per hour on a standard Monday to Friday day shift. Responsibilities

Working on the warehouse floor at DHL Supply Chain means being responsible for the flow and accuracy of customer order fulfilment on a daily basis. Each task you perform directly impacts the speed and reliability of shipments moving through the supply chain. Here’s what the role involves:

• Picking customer orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld computer systems, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE) including hand carts, power jacks, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts
• Counting product inventory accurately by location to support stock management
• Transporting orders to designated shipping locations using non-powered MHE
• Assisting with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with DHL safety standards

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in doing the job right. A strong safety mindset and hands-on experience with material handling equipment will set you apart in this application.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience is preferred, though the role is open to motivated newcomers
• 1 year of experience operating a reach truck, pallet jack, or sit-down forklift is considered an asset
• Ability to accurately count and track inventory by location
