Order Filler Picker – DHL – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. About the Role: Order Filler Picker

At the heart of this position is the ability to fill customer orders safely, securely, and accurately. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll obtain merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right products reach the right destination. This is a hands-on, physical role that keeps the supply chain moving.

Beyond picking orders, you’ll contribute to inventory accuracy, assist with physical counts, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety are central to success in this role.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day focus is on keeping orders moving accurately through the warehouse. From picking the right products to maintaining a safe workspace, every task you complete contributes directly to customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support inventory integrity
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Replenish product using pick sheets or a handheld computer as directed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area in compliance with DHL’s workplace safety standards

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. Whether you’re new to warehouse work or bringing some experience with you, what matters most is your ability to follow direction, stay organized, and work safely in a physical environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to accuracy and safety
• Ability to use handheld computers or pick sheets to fulfill orders
