- Physical capability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification – ability to complete and maintain through recurrent training
- Bilingual (French and English) – required for Quebec-based positions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team
- Participation in the EXCEL Leadership Development Stream is considered an asset
