As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your day revolves around picking, packing, and preparing online orders with precision. You’ll confirm product selections, quantities, and codes, complete required documentation, and ensure totes are packed efficiently while maintaining product safety and quality throughout the process.

Beyond order accuracy, you’ll be expected to uphold food hygiene and safety standards, keep your work area clean, and operate equipment safely. You’ll also support teammates and customers when questions or issues arise, contributing to a smooth and reliable fulfillment operation on every shift.

Working as an OMNI fulfillment associate means keeping the entire online order process accurate and on time. • Complete documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels

• Assist customers and team members by answering questions and helping resolve fulfillment-related issues
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures, clean spills promptly, and ensure totes are sanitized before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks at the start of each shift

Requirements / Skills

• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights
