As an OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Sainte-Foy, your primary focus is on picking, packing, and dispensing online customer orders with precision. You’ll work across different product areas — including varying temperature zones — ensuring each order is assembled correctly, labelled properly, and packed efficiently. Attention to product quality is key: selecting fresh items, removing anything unsuitable, and making sure totes are clean and ready before each use.

Beyond fulfillment tasks, you’ll also interact with customers when needed and contribute to a safe, organized workspace. Flexibility is essential — shifts span mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of an OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate is hands-on and varied. You’ll be moving through the store to assemble orders, managing documentation, and keeping your work area clean and safe — all while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and product quality. • Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items before packing
• Complete required documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Assist customers and help resolve issues when fulfillment tasks intersect with in-store interactions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are sanitized before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks each shift
• Lift and handle inventory weighing up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
