Walmart Canada is looking for an OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team at the Sainte-Foy location in Quebec. About the Role: OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary responsibility is to pick, pack, and prepare online orders with a sharp eye for accuracy and product quality. You’ll work across different areas of the store, selecting fresh and undamaged goods, confirming quantities and product codes, and completing all required documentation including pick slips and shipping labels. The role is designed to support a seamless online shopping experience for Walmart’s customers.

Beyond fulfillment tasks, you’ll also maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with food hygiene and safety standards. You’ll be expected to operate equipment safely, complete required safety checks, and contribute positively to team operations. Flexibility with scheduling — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — is an important part of this position.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.75 per hour. Working as an OMNI Fulfillment Associate means staying on the move and staying sharp. From selecting products across multiple temperature zones to verifying order details and packing totes efficiently, every task you complete plays a direct role in the customer’s online shopping experience. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand in this position.

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes before dispatch
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items to maintain order standards
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety
• Support customers and team operations by providing assistance and helping resolve issues during fulfilment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks as part of daily routines
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Requirements / Skills

• Flexibility with scheduling — ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina — comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail — ability to verify product codes, quantities, and labels accurately under time pressure
• Team-oriented mindset — willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support store operations
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards — or willingness to learn and apply them consistently
• Positive communication skills — able to interact helpfully with customers when needed
