About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is on fulfilling online customer orders with speed and care. You’ll move through different temperature zones in the store — from ambient to refrigerated — picking products that meet Walmart’s quality and freshness standards. Packing totes efficiently while protecting product integrity is a core part of the job, and you’ll be responsible for completing all required documentation, including pick slips and shipping labels.
Beyond the picking and packing, you’ll also support team operations and occasionally assist customers directly on the floor. Adhering to food hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment guidelines is essential. You’ll be expected to keep your work area clean, report hazards promptly, and bring a proactive mindset to process improvements.

Responsibilities
