About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is on fulfilling online customer orders with speed and precision. You’ll move through various temperature zones in the store — from ambient to refrigerated and frozen areas — selecting the freshest, highest-quality products and packing them efficiently into totes. Every order needs to be right: correct items, correct quantities, correct product codes, and properly labelled.

Beyond order picking, you’ll also support customers directly when questions or issues arise, balancing fulfillment tasks with genuine service. Food safety and workplace safety standards are taken seriously in this role — you’ll be expected to maintain a clean, hygienic work area and operate any material handling equipment responsibly after completing required safety checks.
