About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for picking and assembling online customer orders from various temperature areas with care and precision. You’ll pack totes efficiently to maximize space while keeping product quality and safety top of mind. Accuracy is everything in this role — from confirming product codes and quantities to completing pick slips and shipping labels correctly.
Working alongside your team, you’ll balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interactions, helping resolve issues as they arise. Safety is a core part of the job — you’ll maintain a clean work area, follow food hygiene procedures, clean spills promptly, and operate equipment safely. Flexibility is key, as shifts span mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery

- Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
