About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for picking and assembling online customer orders from various temperature areas with care and precision. You’ll pack totes efficiently to maximize space while keeping product quality and safety top of mind. Accuracy is everything in this role — from confirming product codes and quantities to completing pick slips and shipping labels correctly.

Working alongside your team, you’ll balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interactions, helping resolve issues as they arise. Safety is a core part of the job — you’ll maintain a clean work area, follow food hygiene procedures, clean spills promptly, and operate equipment safely. Flexibility is key, as shifts span mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be hands-on throughout your shift — moving between temperature zones, assembling orders, and keeping everything running on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality directly shape the experience customers have when they receive their online orders.

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items from orders
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Support customers with a positive attitude, providing assistance and helping resolve issues during fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks throughout your shift

Requirements / Skills

Walmart is looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a steady pace in a physical environment. You’ll need to be a strong team player who communicates well and stays focused even during high-volume periods.

• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina — ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift items up to 20 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Attention to detail when completing documentation, selecting products, and packing orders
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help both customers and colleagues
