About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your core responsibility is to fulfil online orders with speed and precision. You’ll move through the store picking products from various departments, pack them into totes efficiently, and ensure all documentation — from pick slips to shipping labels — is completed accurately. Product quality is non-negotiable: you’ll select only fresh, undamaged items and flag anything that doesn’t meet standards.

Beyond the picking and packing, this role also involves supporting customers and your fellow team members when needed.
