About the Role: Night Warehouse Associate

As a Night Warehouse Associate, your primary duties involve loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, sorting packages by postal code, and following UPS’s established package handling procedures. The role is based at 2900 Steeles Avenue West, Concord, ON, and operates on a midnight shift from 11:45 PM to 4:45 AM, approximately 3–5 hours per shift.

This is a unionized, part-time permanent position, meaning you benefit from collective agreement protections, automatic wage progression, and long-term job stability. The work environment involves exposure to varying temperatures, and you’ll need to be comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles. No warehouse experience is required — UPS provides paid training to get you up to speed.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at $18.15 per hour with automatic pay progression as outlined in the Union Collective Agreement. As a unionized employee, you’ll also have access to a strong benefits package including extended health care, dental, vision, and life insurance after one year of service, along with 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year.
