If you have deep experience selling cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions to C-suite executives and you thrive on building long-term, revenue-generating relationships, this role offers a compelling combination of strategic responsibility and technical engagement. You’ll be working with some of the most innovative software companies in Canada, helping them leverage AWS services to scale their products and reach new markets.

About the Role: ISV Senior Account Manager

In this position, you’ll own a defined territory of Independent Software Vendor accounts, responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer adoption of Amazon Web Services. You’ll engage at multiple levels — from software developers and IT architects all the way up to CXO-level executives — crafting compelling value propositions and closing large-scale technology deals. This is not a purely transactional sales role; it requires a strategic mindset, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to develop comprehensive account plans that consistently deliver on quarterly targets.

Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with AWS partners to extend reach, identify new opportunities, and accelerate customer adoption across your territory. Managing contract negotiations, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction are all core expectations of this position.
