About the Role: General Merchandise Associate

As a General Merchandise Associate, your main focus is delivering exceptional customer service while keeping the salesfloor looking its best. You’ll be responsible for stocking shelves, zoning assigned areas, setting and completing modulars, and moving feature merchandise back to its proper home on the floor. You’ll also assist with front-end coverage and work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is a key part of this role. You’ll follow Company policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and make sure all displays and fixtures are secure. Strong communication with fellow associates ensures consistent floor coverage throughout every shift.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.75 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be actively engaged on the salesfloor throughout your shift — serving customers, maintaining merchandise areas, and supporting your team. Here’s a closer look at what you’ll be doing on a regular basis:

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner, helping them locate merchandise and make purchase decisions
