Role of the Game Designer
As a Game Designer, you will provide thought leadership on game design, collaborate with third-party developers to create high-quality content, and drive key projects independently.
You’ll be responsible for translating customer needs and industry trends into compelling game concepts and features, ensuring that your content is delivered with excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $81,800 to $175,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a game designer in the game industry.
- Experience working with third-party developers.
- A portfolio demonstrating compelling game design and development.
- Experience in live service games and shipping games across various platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA, technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Phaser, Babylon JS, or similar HTML5 development tools.
- Knowledge of game theory and design best practices.
- Experience creating end-to-end game experiences from concept to shipping.
