About the Role: Full-Time Overnight Associate

As a Full-Time Overnight Associate at Walmart Yarmouth, your core focus is on the flow of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly labelled and placed before the store opens. There’s a stronger emphasis on backroom binning and labelling in this overnight role compared to day or evening shifts.

Beyond the physical tasks, you’ll be expected to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. That includes following Walmart’s policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure displays and fixtures are properly secured. If a customer needs assistance, you’ll be ready to help there too.

This position starts at a minimum rate of pay of $16.90 per hour. • Stock shelves as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Label and place merchandise in backroom bins — a key differentiator of the overnight role
• Set and merchandise features, including proper signing throughout the store
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure
