Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the kitchen and service floor operating at a high standard. From training new staff to managing stock levels, your day-to-day work directly impacts the quality of food and service that customers experience at every visit.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain operational flow throughout each shift
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation requirements, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and shortages
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met for both food and customer service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner

Requirements / Skills
