Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the kitchen and service floor operating at a high standard. From training new staff to managing stock levels, your day-to-day work directly impacts the quality of food and service that customers experience at every visit.

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain operational flow throughout each shift
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
