Responsibilities

As a Flex Driver, your day revolves around safe, efficient, and customer-focused package delivery across assigned routes. Every shift requires attention to detail — from reviewing orders before departure to ensuring each delivery is completed accurately and professionally.

  • Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely and reliable manner
  • Review orders prior to departure to ensure accuracy and preparedness for each delivery run
  • Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely, including packages up to 70 lbs
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stop, representing FedEx professionally
  • Complete mandatory training and achieve minimum thresholds on all pre-placement driver assessments
  • Maintain recurrency training and any required annual accreditations
  • Operate in a PC Windows environment as needed to support delivery operations
  • Adapt to varying shifts based on business needs and volume requirements

Requirements / Skills
