Think of this as the de facto Chief Operating Officer role for the Canada vertical within the Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) Sales Operations organization. You’ll work alongside the Canada Sales Leader, translating complex data into clear decisions, anticipating risks before they surface, and ensuring the business runs with precision and predictability.

About the Role: Field Sales Operations Lead

This role spans the full operational lifecycle of the Canada business. From revenue reporting and forecasting to territory design, quota deployment, and strategic planning, you’ll own the processes that keep the sales organization moving forward. You’ll also build and deliver the full Rhythm of Business (RoB) cadence — MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning cycles — while authoring strategic narratives presented to senior WWPS leadership.

Collaboration is central to this position. You’ll partner with Sales Finance, Compensation teams, Marketing, and Service Teams across the organization, as well as corporate teams to influence CRM tools and business intelligence roadmaps. For candidates applying to the Montréal location, fluency in both French and English is required given the global and interprovincial nature of the role.
