About the Role: Early Morning Sorter – Preload
As a Preloader at UPS Victoria, your primary responsibility is ensuring packages are accurately loaded, unloaded, sorted, and stocked so that drivers can hit the road on schedule. Responsibilities
Each morning, the Preload team plays a critical role in setting up the entire day’s delivery operation. From the moment packages arrive to the moment trucks roll out, your work directly impacts on-time delivery performance across Victoria.
- Loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles and trailers efficiently and safely
- Sorting packages according to destination routes and delivery schedules
- Shipping and receiving parcels in alignment with UPS operational standards
- Stocking and organizing packages within the facility to support smooth workflow
- Multi-tasking across various warehouse duties in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
