AWS is growing its Cloud Sales Center (CSC) team in Toronto, Ontario, and is looking for a driven Demand Generation Representative to help businesses of all sizes make the move to Amazon Web Services. If you thrive in a fast-paced technology sales environment and want to work at the forefront of cloud adoption, this role puts you right at the centre of that action.

About the Role: Demand Generation Representative
As a Demand Generation Representative (DGR) within the AWS Global Sales organization, you’ll own all top-of-funnel activity for your assigned territories. That means conducting high-quality account research, sourcing net-new contacts, executing outbound campaigns, and qualifying inbound opportunities from marketing and partner channels. You’ll work closely with Account Teams to understand the industries, accounts, and personas within your territories — building relationships from technical admins through to C-suite executives.
This is a collaborative role that requires both sales discipline and technical acumen. You’ll use effective communication to uncover critical business challenges and match them with the right AWS solutions, while keeping pipeline data accurate and up to date in Salesforce CRM. Working across internal teams and external partners, you’ll develop and execute prospecting plans that identify new customer use cases and expand services within existing accounts.
